HOW CAN I SEND MY FILES FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?

You send all your files with your order.
Your files must be in assembly of one meter or more.
If your files are not in a montage, you can purchase our montage service. You still need to provide your files.
If your files are patterns, you don't need to do any editing, just indicate the number of meters per pattern.
You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the images provided, as custom prints are final sales. Contact us via the facebook page or by email. If you do not submit your files by the 20th day of the month, your order will be cancelled.
ARE THE FABRICS CUT CONTINUOUSLY OR SEPARATELY?
Pre-order: Fabrics are cut continuously for each fiber whenever possible. When it is impossible for us to send you your fabric in one piece, we will contact you to offer you a refund or to keep your order with the measurements of each of the pieces of this fabric.
In stock: Where possible, fabrics will be continuous. It is possible that a song is already cut, so it will not be continuous in this case.
CAN I ADD NEW PRODUCTS TO MY ORDER?
You can place a new order by using the code ''JOINDRE'' or “JOIN” in your cart before paying for your order. Only if it is to add new products to an order of the same round and in the same customer account. You will have to indicate in the comments/notes of your new order, the numbers of all your orders of the same round.
Example 1: You order on April 7 with invoice #101, on April 15 you want to add new patterns, so you place a new order indicating number 101 in the notes and you enter the code JOIN in the promo codes section, so shipping will be free on your second order. It's all in the same April round.
Example 2: You placed an order on January 20. On February 14 you want to place a new order. You will need to pay shipping for the second one, as the first is from the January round and the second is from the February round.
*Note: If you use the JOIN option for different round invoices, we will send you a new invoice to pay for the delivery. You can use the Join option only for the same customer account.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Pre-orders have a lead time of 7-10 weeks from the end of the round on the 20th day of each month.
Example: you order the January 10, expect a 7-10 week lead time from January 20.
For in-stock items, we try to stick to lead time 1 week.
The times displayed are approximate and are only an estimate of the expected time. If a situation beyond our control arises, we will notify you via our facebook page.
HOW DO ROUNDS WORK?
Rounds open at the beginning of each month and end on the 20th.Rounds are pre-orders and are sent to the printer on the 21st, so all custom files must be ready and received by the 20th
Example: The April 5-20 round will carry the name ''Round d'Avril'', the one from May 1 to 20, will bear the name ''Round de Mai''.
Retails are fabrics in stock from previous rounds, so this which was overprinted. They are put online after completing customer shipments and orders.
Patterns can leave and return (reruns) depending on the rounds. You must therefore order all the quantities you want in the current round to be sure to have it in the desired fiber.

All our patterns are original content, you can't find the same ones 100% identical in another shop. Some patterns are purchased, but they are all modified to be original.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES AND DELIVERY METHODS?
In Quebec and Ontario: We send our packages with Purolator with signature. The price is $12.95. Delivery is free for purchases of $200 or more on the same invoice.
*Exception for the northern regions of these two provinces where we will contact you to invoice you for delivery. (Ex: James Bay, Fermont, etc)
If you want to ship with a different carrier, you will have to pay the difference in price.
Other provinces of Canada: We ship our parcels with Purolator. The price is $19.95. Delivery is free for purchases of $300 or more on the same order.
*Exception for northern regions.
USA: For most states, shipping is $25 or $30, except remote territories.
The northern territories of Canada and other countries: The price is calculated according to the weight of your package, therefore the number of meters you buy. Internationally, we only send our packages by air with tracking number and not surface so that you receive your orders as quickly as possible. The amount is an estimate of the price and will be adjusted to the actual amount at the time of dispatch. A refund will be issued to you for the difference in price if required, or we will send you an additional invoice for the excess to be paid. Be assured that we always send packages with the best possible price with tracking number.
The fabrics will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
CAN I GET ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION?
All our packages have insurance during transport, however we must require a signature on receipt. This is why all our shipments have a mandatory signature. There are no exceptions.
Here are some tips and tricks to make receiving your packages easier with Purolator.
🚗 If you can't be there and want your package dropped off at your doorstep without a signature for this one time only, please complete this form and affix it to your door.
🚙If you want to receive all your shipments with purolator without signature, please fill out this form and give it to your delivery person asking him a sticker to put on your door
So you can pick it up or send someone staying at the same address to pick up your shipment.
🛵If you missed the delivery, one last solution is available to you. You contact purolator, to schedule a new delivery at a later date when someone will be present at home.
If your package is at a pick-up point, you you have 5 business days to pick it up.
In some more remote areas, purolator will deliver your package to canada post.
WHAT IS A HOLD?
We have set up a HOLD system to hold your packages of STOCK ITEMS ONLY. You will be able to shop for the entire month before we ship your packages. You will therefore save on delivery costs and this will allow you to spoil yourself more!
Please note that our space being limited, the creation of new HOLD could be interrupted at any time. moment. You will be charged a $5 fee to use the service from your first order.
PROCEDURE: To create a HOLD, you must use the options available directly in the shopping cart:
For Quebec and Ontario
If you have an order of less than $200 → HOLD option at $17.95 (so $12.95 + $5 storage fees )
If you have an order of $200 or more→ $5 HOLD option (so only storage fees)
For elsewhere in Canada and the United States, it's the same principle, the $5 fee will automatically be added to your usual shipping options.
To add items to your held package, you will need to use the promo code HOLD making sure you are on the same customer account as when you placed your first order.
If you want to use a promo code, use STORE pick-up option and enter a comment of your HOLD order.
We will hold your package for a maximum of one month from your first HOLD purchase. At any time you can ask to send your package by writing it in a note during your last order, by contacting the Facebook page or via email at email@example.com. A maximum delay of 10 days is to be expected in order to make the shipment. At the end of the 30-day period, your package will be shipped to you without notice. It will therefore be impossible for you to add an article to it. The standard shipping method will be used for shipping your packages i.e. via purolator with insurance, tracking number and signature on receipt.
